Welcome to Dakhilaa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dakhilaa website (www.dakhilaa.com) and its JEE preparation services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is Dakhilaa Private Limited ("Dakhilaa", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at Chini Mill, Gajadhar Ganj, Buxar, Bihar 802103, India. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for students preparing for JEE and similar examinations. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Dakhilaa provides a diagnostic test, practice question banks, chapter-wise tests, full-length mock tests, a live weekly test with a leaderboard, performance reports, and study-planning tools. Some features are free and some require a paid plan. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the Platform.
Partners who are approved into our referral program may earn a commission on eligible purchases made through their referral code, as described in the program terms. Commissions are calculated on the plan price and are subject to verification. We may suspend or remove any partner for misuse, fraud, or self-referral.
You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, record, or redistribute our content; (b) share your account with others; (c) attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform; (d) upload unlawful or harmful content; or (e) misuse the leaderboard or referral features. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
All content on the Platform — including questions, solutions, tests, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Dakhilaa and is protected by law. Previous-year examination questions remain the property of their respective authorities and are used for educational purposes. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.
Dakhilaa is a preparation and practice tool. Scores, percentiles, ranks, and college predictions shown on the Platform are estimates for guidance only and are not official NTA/JoSAA figures. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, rank, or admission.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakhilaa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of our registered office in India.
